Returns Policy

All product goods carry a seven day no quibble money back guarantee (goods must be un-opened with the original packaging intact, failure to comply could result in refusal of refund). Goods must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means, with reasonable effort made to ensure the safe return of said goods. Community Clean can arrange collection and the cost can be deducted from the refund value.

Faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged or refunded in full.

Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods, after this Community Clean cannot accept responsibility.

If goods need to be returned for any reason, please notify us in writing via email (to enquiries@communityclean.co.uk) so our customer services team can process the request.

For bulk or large quantity, discounted orders, goods are non-returnable / non-refundable unless damaged on delivery (we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods) or faulty. This would be advised at point of order.
