Magic Cote Distributor

Community Clean are the UK Southern area approved distributor and applicator of Magic Cote, a unique porous surface protector with a proven track record in the harshest of environments.

To date we have restored over 80,000 m² of natural stone / brick / concrete pavers and protected it with Magic Cote ensuring that the surfaces stay clean of day-to-day contamination for at least 5 years. Once a surface is treated it will repel all water and oil based staining such as chewing gum, tea, coffee, blood, cooking fats and all sorts of other nasties! A treated area will wash away most surface contaminants during heavy rainfall, making it almost self cleaning.

Any porous surface can benefit from being treated with Magic Cote; internal and external paving, monuments, building facades, driveways, workshops, shopping mall flooring etc.

The Community Clean business has been established for over 12 years. We specialise in tackling nuisance issues in the community for both the public and private sector. Our services include graffiti removal, chewing gum removal, pavement cleaning, city street cleaning and fly poster removal. Here at Community Clean, we take great pride in restoring our streets and community areas back to their original condition.

We strongly believe that prevention is better than a cure. We offer many preventative solutions to ensure further damage and future cleaning costs are minimised. This can take the form of anti-graffiti coatings, pavement impregnation and street furniture protection. We also work with clients on a regular basis to ensure the cleanliness of locations is maintained. It is via our maintenance programs that we find that areas often stay cleaner for longer and become less prone to vandalism.
