Subway Refurbishments

Community Clean is proud to work with TfL North to refurbish and restore over 120 of their pedestrian subways.

As part of our on-going subway refurbishment and maintenance service, our job is to bring each subway up to a high standard, making them easier to maintain in the future and improving peoples perception to promote a feeling of safety and cleanliness.

Community Clean has drawn on many years of experience and the latest innovations to achieve the best results.

Services include; the application of durable anti-graffiti systems to provide surfaces that are easy to clean and maintain for years to come, durable anti-slip epoxy flooring, the application of industrial coatings for longevity (ICATS), stainless steel security mirrors that are vandal proof and graffiti proof, replacement wall tiles, rendering repairs, deep cleaning and deodorising.

The results are clear - cleaner, safer and easier to maintain surfaces!

The project continues to be delivered on time and in budget and we are pleased to be involved with other refurbishment projects for the network.

The Community Clean business has been established for over 12 years. We specialise in tackling nuisance issues in the community for both the public and private sector.
