Pavement Restoration with Community Clean
The key benefit of restoring paving slabs rather than replacing them, is the huge cost saving in labour and materials. As with many of our projects, the initial job is the removal of tenacious chewing gum and cleaning of all the staining. This is done with the application of Magic Cote Surface Preparation and the results we achieve are impressive every time. A cleaning and protection restoration project can offer costs savings as high as 90% against replacement!
Self-cleaning slabs
Once thoroughly cleaned, and we have secured the joints with a sand bonder, the enhanced appearance of the slabs is then protected by using Magic Cote Protection Solution. This helps prevent marks and makes future cleansing easier and less costly. In fact, heavy rainfall is often enough to wash away most contaminants making the surface almost self-cleaning!
