As Financial Controller you will report to the Director of Finance, you will be hands on in running all financial processes applying a high level of accuracy to all areas of your work which include the following:
 
  • Cash flow management(budgeting and forecasting) including purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Perform bank and monthly reconciliations
  • Produce VAT returns and P11d information
  • To process a small payroll using sage
  • Responsibility of creditors and debtors ledger
  • To manage an Accounts Assistant
  • To review finance procedures implementing systems and controls to help the business
  • To monitor costs and report on variance to budget
  • Other adhoc financial responsibilities
 
Experience and qualifications
 
  • Minimum of 5 years financial experience with an exposure to a wide variety of finance functions including managing cash flow, payroll.
  • Must have relevant accountancy software experience ideally Sage Line 50
  • Be used to meeting strict internal and external deadlines
  • Experience of managing other staff is desirable
  • Expert excel skills
  • On line banking experience
  • Used to working in pressurised situations whilst remaining calm with a positive outlook

 Operation Technicians

We are always looking for enthusiastic and proactive Team Leaders, Operation Technicians and Painting Technicians to join our expanding Operations Team. 
 
Key responsibilities and accountabilities...
 
• Painting a variety of constructions both internal and external structures
• Managing team members and directly communicating with your supervisor daily
• Carry out painting graffiti removal/protection and when required repairs, cleaning, refurbishment to containers, as designated by Operations
• Provide on the job training for Trainees and report progress regularly
• Responsible to on site quality control
• Customer liaison
• Vehicle maintenance and service intervals
• Administration of worksheets, delivery notes and stock movement sheets
• To be familiar with operational, service and maintenance requirement of all static place and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures are adhered to
• Carry out site assessments
 
Location: The role is predominatly based in London and the South.
